Zanden Audio and Proper EQ, Live at Command Performance

Jeff Fox, proprietor of local audio dealership, Command Performance, sent me a note today about an event he’s hosting at the end of the month. Thought I’d pass it along!

Zanden Audio is a new-to-me brand, but I did get to hear their new line of tube electronics last month, playing into the new Gibbon X loudspeakers from DeVore Fidelity. Gorgeous stuff all around.

On Saturday March 28th from 11 – 6 pm, Command Performance AV will be hosting Zanden Audio’s North American distributor, Eric Pheils. Eric will demonstrate Zanden’s award winning model 120 phono stage, model 3100 preamplifier and model 8120 stereo amplifier. Not only will you hear a state of the art high fidelity audio system, but you will also experience the profound effect of proper equalization (e.g., Decca, EMI) of stereo LP records. Demos will be given every half hour. Please RSVP to reserve a spot at your preferred time.

The new address is 115 Park Avenue, Suite 2, Falls Church, VA 22046, at the intersection of Park Avenue and Maple Avenue, in the same building as Town and Country Realty, one block from the State Theater and directly behind the CVS on Broad Street (Route 7).  We are conveniently located near Routes 495 and 66 as well as the East Falls Church metro stop, and we are not far from our old location.

Got some time this weekend? You should go check out the new showroom, say “Hi” to Jeff, Jon, Eric and Bella, and check out some tasty audio treats.
